IN YOUR AQUEOUS CLEANERS

MB Manufacturing offers PCB Cleaning Baskets for washing small PCB's. Our Baskets are custom manufactured to fit your machine's maximum capacity. They consist of 300 Series stainless steel wire mesh welded together with 3/16" stainless steel support rods. The cover is hinged with quick releasing latches for easy part loading and unloading. Our Baskets will fit any make or model of In-Line Aqueous Cleaners, Vapor Phase Cleaners or Batch Cleaners.

Can be added to each basket for your
convenience.

Extra Latches

Each Basket comes with one or two latches (depending on basket width) which
keeps the lid closed. If necessary additional latches may be ordered.

Plastisol Coating

This coating protects your PCB's from becoming scratched
and is available in the following colors: Blue, Green, Red and Black.
After being coated the mesh openings will be approximately
1/8" smaller.
Black is the ONLY color that is ESD Safe.

Basket Reinforcement

Electro Polishing

Provides extra stability around the entire bottom
edge, vertically on each corner and in the
center of each side and criss-crossed across
the center bottom using 3/16" stainless steel
rods on the outside of the basket.

Is a chemical process which adds a polished
finish to the entire basket. This process adds
one week to the lead time.

Corner Reinforcement
    All four corners are stabilized using 3/16"
    stainless steel rods on the outside of the basket.

Welded Barriers
    Are used on Baskets with a height of .5" to
    prevent PCB's from sliding out sides.

Welded Legs
   Provide grip on conveyor belts.

Dividers

Stainless Steel dividers are either permanent or removable and are used
to keep PCB's separated.
