Surface Preparation:

Substrates must be dry and free of contaminants before application of MB-CPC Conductive Coating.

Mixing:

MB-CPC Conductive Coating is supplied ready to use. Do not vortex or agitate violently as air entrapment or foaming may cause separation of solids.

Application:

MB-CPC Conductive Coating is normally applied by spray techniques. Optimum coating thickness is .001"

Overcoating:

MB-CPC Conductive Coating can be overcoated for repair purposes. Sand lightly to feather the edges of the area to be repaired. Apply MB-CPC Conductive Coating using same procedure for initial application.

Curing:

It is essential that the high boiling solvents in MB-CPC Conductive Coating be removed gradually before the cure is completed or the coating will ignite. The substrate should be preheated to 250° F for 10 minutes, then allowed to cool to room temperature. The substrate may then be coated and heated to 150° F for 10 minutes and finally ramped up to 260° F for 10 minutes.

Precautions:

FLAMMABLE!!!!! Keep away from sparks or open flame. Use with adequate ventilation.
