• No need to struggle with skips and bridges in your wave solder process any more. With the use of an extensive flow dynamics program, we have determined that by changing the angle of a PCB across the wave by as little as one or two degrees, dramatic improvements are made. With our unique carrier design the PCB can be set to any angle within seconds. Additional hold downs for locating, supporting or holding down components can be added.

• Our custom engineered Dedicated Wave Solder Fixtures are designed to eliminate solder skipping and drag out, add better connector support and provide excellent ground plane and gold finger masking. Our materials provide unmatched flatness and eliminate delimitation.  Titanium material can also be used for this type of fixture offering longer pallet life, eliminating warpage and masking SMT's that are extremely close to thru holes. PCB's can be located accurately with titanium pins for manual and auto insertion. Components can be accurately held down and located on your PCB's to within .003".
  
   

 

• Selective Wave Solder Fixtures

• These Selective Wave Solder Fixtures increase productivity and reduce defects on your mixed technology boards. This type of fixture protects your bottom side SMT components from excessive heat and eliminates the risk of loosing side SMT components in your wave solder machine. They also eliminate the need for taping or adding solder mask to the bottom of your PCB's. Our unique designs will eliminate skipping caused by the effects of out gassing. Our high tech expertise in carrier design enables us to develop flawless selective solder fixtures. Your wave solder machine can perform the task of a selective solder machine using our selective solder fixtures which saves you thousands of dollars on another machine. These fixtures are available in Titanium or composite materials or in a combination of both.

• Titanium Fixtures

  Titanium Fixtures offer long wear, outstanding strength and virtually eliminate warpage. These fixtures support thin walls when SMT's that need to be masked are extremely close to thru holes. They can be combined with our Selective Solder Fixtures when thinner composite materials are required thus adding strength to your fixture. Titanium in this combination also won't compromise the low heat retention benefits of the composite material
