Turnclamps
 

• Our Turnclamps are Teflon based material and can withstand temperatures up to 500° F for intermittent periods.

• They are mounted on the carrier to provide downward pressure on your PCB.

• When placed as close to the corners of PCB as possible our Turnclamps prevent the edges from curling during the wave process.

• The hexagon shape provides grip for easy rotating on and off your PCB. Designed to rotate 360°F.

• Our Turnclamps are spring loaded to provide constant pressure (you determine how much) in holding down the PCB. This also allows the assembler the convenience to lift and rotate the Turnclamp when loading a PCB that is not flush with the top of the carrier.

• Will fit any existing carrier you have with minor modifications.

• Available in full and half sizes:
          * Full size Turnclamps provide grip on two sides. This is convenient in  the center of a multi-up carrier.
          * Half Turnclamps provide grip on one side.

• Our Turnclamp Assembly consists of the following hardware:
          * Stainless Steel Screw
          * Stainless Steel Flat Washer
          * Post
          * Spring (of desired tension)
          * Turnclamp

 

Plungers
 

• Consist of Teflon or Delrin based material. Teflon based Plungers are able to withstand temperatures up to 225° F for intermittent periods.

• Used in conjunction with a crossbar/overarm bar to provide downward pressure on selected components or the entire PCB. On larger components two or more Plungers may be used.

• Can be manufactured as captive to hold the component upright inside the plunger head.

• Available in diameters from .25" up to .75" and lengths from .75" to 1.75".

• Plungers are spring loaded to provide constant pressure on selected components.

• Our Plunger Assembly consists of:
          * Stainless Steel Screw
          * Stainless Steel Flat Washer
          * Spring (of desired tension)
          * Plunger
