  This ESD Safe composite material is a high temperature composite designed for use in dedicated and adjustable wave solder fixtures. Chemical resistance to solvents and cleaning agents, dimensional stability and high mechanical strength render grade MB-4000 as an ideal product for the rigors of circuitry processing.

  Durostone CAS
  
  Whether the process be Tin Wave Solder, Vapor Phase or Infra-Red Reflow Durostone CAS provides all the dimensional stability at high temperatures, coupled with excellent electrostatic dissipation. This ESD Safe composite material is resistant to solvents and cleaning agents and will not pick up solder.  The Durostone CAS co-efficient of thermal expansion has been developed to match that of the PCB providing dimensional stability even in continued use. The CAS can be used at 350° C without distortion.
  
  Mechanical strength is greater that that of Delmat at elevated temperatures due to two factors:
  
      1. Durostone CAS uses a thicker strand of glass improving
      strength after being pressed.
     
      2. Durostone CAS is 100% epoxy. Delmat contains 5%
      polyester resin which reduces the mechanical strength.

  Durostone CHP
  
  The low thermal conductivity of Durostone CHP allows a better temperature uniformity on the PCB. This is not an ESD Safe composite material. The low specific gravity of CHP makes it easier to handle than metal fixtures.

  Titanium is available in the following thickness' when utilized separately: 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8".  When used in conjunction with any composite material, Titanium is available in .062" thickness.
