The low cost surface mount carrier used to hold PCB’s in place without tooling pins.  The composite fixture is engineered to use flexible tabs that press the edges of the PCB into an accurate location.   With downward pressure and nothing above the PCB allowing a complete processing of the PCB, screen printing through reflow.

The Surface Mount Carrier for Screen Printing through Reflow shown here comes with a removable hold down bars.  All hardware is captive.  Spring loaded plungers on this SMT carrier can be locked in a retracted position, and then lowered onto the SMT device after the crossbars are attached preventing the risk of tilting components.

The clamp uses 2 fixed pins and a spring plunger to hold the PCB in place.

The spring plunger tension is adjustable.

This process carrier can run through screen printing, pick & place, and reflow.

Features 2 fixed pins and 4 low profile spring loaded hold down clamps; all of the components are flush with the top of the PCB during screen printing.

When you press the pallet down on a flat surface; it activates the hold down clamps for pick & place and reflow.

2 fixed pins and 2 spring loaded pins to hold a flex circuit in place for screen printing, pick & place, and reflow.  

The corners of the process carrier are titanium to prevent corner damage.

2 fixed pins flush with the top of the PCB allowing for full SMT processing.

The removable crossbar features spring plungers that lock in the "up" position for loading.

This particular unit holds 4 SMT connectors in place during the reflow process.
